Electricity Corporations Act 2005
The Electricity Corporations Act 2005 provides for the functions, operation and governance of the four successor entities for the restructure of Western Power Corporation and associated matters.
The Act received Royal Assent on 12 October 2005. The vast majority of the Act will take effect on 1 April 2006.
