The Electricity Reform Implementation Unit has prepared a range of material to help you better understand electricity reform. This information will be updated regularly.

Legislation includes all Bills, Acts, Regulations, Market Rules and Codes of Conduct developed by ERIU.

Publications include the Electricity Reform Task Force report and various consultants’ reports.

Reports and papers produced by each division of the ERIU such as the wholesale market, legislation, disaggregation, regulation, financial and sustainable energy are also available.

The ERIU also produces a regular newsletter to keep major stakeholders informed of the latest developments.

The ERIU has also prepared a series of fact sheets which explain in simple terms the main areas of reform, including how it affects consumers, regional Western Australia , the sustainable energy industry and business and industry.
